Please read the following terms of service before proceeding.

- 1. Estimate: The customer hereby authorizes Green Dragon Technology to perform the requested repair/service. The customer understands that the cost of the service may vary and agrees to pay for all parts, labor, and any additional services as agreed upon.
- 2. Repair Charges: The customer agrees to pay the repair charges as estimated by Green Dragon Technology. The estimate may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair.
- 3. Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or PayPal if paid online. The customer agrees to make payment within 30 days of being notified that the repair is complete.
- 4. Restock Fee: In the event the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after the device has been assessed or repaired, a restock fee of 15% of the original estimate will be charged. The customer agrees to pay this fee to cover any costs associated with assessing and potentially restocking parts.
- 5. Abandoned Devices: Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned and may be subject to disposal or additional storage charges.
- 6. Warranty: Green Dragon Technology offers a limited 30-day warranty on the repair service provided.
- 7. Liability: Green Dragon Technology is not responsible for data loss or damage to the device that occurs during the repair process. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before service.
