Why do I have to pay an initial set-up fee to get monthly payment terms for Tech Support?
An initial set-up fee ensures that you’ll have instant coverage on qualified PCs, Windows Tablets and you will receive your Internet Security Software to stay virus-free.
When will I be drafted for automatic payments?
Monthly billing will occur on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. Example: If you purchased on January 2nd, your first monthly bill will occur on February 2nd.
What if I need to change my credit card for automatic payments?

There are three options for this:

  • You can log into your account on our invoicing system page and update your credit card: https://greendragonblade.com/members/clientarea.php
  • You can call 1-501-203-TECH (8324), and let the Agent know you would like to update your credit card/payment information for your Tech Support membership.
  • If you checked out by PayPal, then you will have to log into your PayPal account and select your new payment method there.
What is Internet security software?
Internet security software is a more robust product than anti-virus security, providing additional support for social networking, anti-spam protection, privacy protection and safe web surfing. Internet security software will help keep your personal information safe and secure and help keeps your PCs virus-free.
Is Avira the only Internet security software I can get with Tech Support? I’ve seen other options in-store.
We currently offer Avira for Tech Support Members.  For extra security, we also offer G Data Internet Security for an additional $10 per computer per year.
How do I download my Internet security software?
You will receive a download link in your purchase confirmation. The download link will also be included within your “Welcome to Tech Support” email that you should receive within 24 hours.
