What costs are associated with Tech Support?
We offer monthly, and annual plans. The plans start at $50 per month for each computer after a one-time initiation fee. The initiation fee is $200 for the monthly plans and $0 for the annual plans. Hardware, software and additional services are not included.
Why do I have to pay an initial set-up fee to get monthly payment terms for Tech Support?
An initial set-up fee ensures that you’ll have instant coverage on all of your PCs, Windows Tablets and you will receive your Internet Security Software to stay virus-free.
When will I be billed every month for automatic payments?
Monthly billing will happen on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. Example: If you purchased on January 2nd, your first monthly bill will happen on February 2nd.
What if I need to change my credit card for automatic payments?
There are three options for this:
- You can log into your account on our invoicing system page and update your credit card: https://greendragonblade.com/members/clientarea.php
- You can call 1-501-203-TECH (8324), and let the Agent know you would like to update your credit card/payment information for your Tech Support membership.
- If you checked out by PayPal, then you will have to log into your PayPal account and select your new payment method there.

G DATA ENDPOINT PROTECTION BUSINESS can be readily deployed in companies of any size that need to manage complex network topologies or simply do not wish to compromise on network security.
Along with antivirus, firewall and antispam modules, this extensive IT security solution provides sophisticated functions for managing group policies – for example for controlling how programs and devices are used.
This is an optional service that is only $45/yr/machine.
How do I download my Internet security software?
Once we set up your PC, we will also install out G Data Endpoint Security on your system. Note: This is an optional service that is only $45/yr/machine.
How often can you visit us to physically clean (dust) our computers?
Dusting out your computer is a very important part of the health and lifecylce of your unit. We recommend that it is cleaned out physically twice per year and that is what we offer. You will be allotted two annual visits at no charge for removing dust from your computers.
